Set Extra Pages for lined, grid, or blank notes using the boxes below.
Create a copy of the spreadsheet template and follow the instructions on it for how to prepare your timetable, duties, and events.
π Open Planner Spreadsheet Template
Once your spreadsheet is complete, export it as a .csv file.
Then click π Load Planner button below and select your exported CSV file.
β οΈ Ensure all data is correctly formatted before uploading.
After loading, the planner will automatically generate all pages.
β οΈ This process takes around 15 seconds β please wait and donβt click again during this time.
Once complete, you can:
π¨οΈ Export to PDF and then print your planner.
For each class, start a new section with a header row such as: Class: 13BIO (must match your timetable name)
On the next line, write: Deadline: Assessment Name
and list each deadline title across the row (e.g. Deadline 1, Deadline 2, Deadline 3).
In the next line, enter the deadline dates below each Deadline heading
using dd/mm/yyyy format.
Below this, list student names (one per row). These names will appear on the printed Deadline tracking page.
Repeat this pattern for each class section (Class β Deadline β Dates β Students).
If you just want a deadline but no list at the end of planner dont include any students.
Export the completed sheet as a .csv file.
In the planner, click π― Load Deadline CSV and select your exported file.
β The deadlines will now appear in the timetable cells on their due dates.
